Refund policy

 We do not offer refunds, but we do offer returns and exchanges on items that are not used within 30 days of receipt. Before returning any items, please contact us by email at blackvenue.ingo@gmail.com

  1. Send them to Av 6C #7-59 Prados del Este, Cúcuta, Norte de Santander.
  2. 2. We will contact you when your return has been received and processed.
  3. 3. Once we receive the item, we will proceed to ship the new order.
  4. IMPORTANT: In case of exchanges or returns, you will pay the return shipping cost, we do not refund any shipping costs or payments.
